Merry Christmas and Joyful Holidays: My name is Renee. I just completed my first online order...ever....with you. Hard to believe but true. The reason for my message as follows: Being inexperienced w/ the internet, I was apprehensive. I accessed via yahoo.com to gain my info but felt more comfortable speaking w/ "actual" person when placing my order. And this is the reason for my email...I spoke w/ Brenda out of Omaha NE. Again, this was my first attempt at any online purchase but without your CSR and "800"number it would not have happened. For the record, Brenda, as your representative, was personal and informative. I felt important not ignorant (and I had several "stupid" questions. Bottom Line: Brenda was just plain nice! I will certainly recommend JHammock based on my initial experience. However, although the website was easily accessible to me as a beginner, it was the personal touch...Brenda that was my deciding factor. And guess what? I ordered 2 instead of I would like to request feedback on my comment. Want to make sure the positive is passed as earned. Thank you, it was my pleasure doing business.
